Eye Chart Poster

When my eyesight deteriorated (and/or my arms shortened in length) overnight, my optometrist assured me there was nothing wrong with me medically - I was just 43.  Ha!  Perhaps having this vintage eye chart hanging in my home would allow me to monitor what seems to be a daily deterioration in my vision.  Or maybe I could just enjoy the clean lines and simplicity of this classic image.
