For online purchases:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on posters or maps. If something arrives damaged, email sales@cartolina.com with a photograph, and we will refund or exchange it.
For in-store purchases:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return items within 14 days of purchase for store credit.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges on puzzles, posters, or bath & body items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days or without a receipt.
